As we prepare our students to be college and career ready, CGS is dedicated to having all our students learn 21st century skills. In our computer lab, students are learning typing and word processing skills.  All students, grades 2-5 are using Accelerated Reader and Reflex Math, 2 research-based digital tools.

Curriculum

 

Cambria Grammar School delivers lessons to all students aligned to the California State Standards.  We adopted our ELA/ELD program Wonders in 2016 and our math program, Math Expressions, in 2015.

The Arts 

 

The arts are an important part of the educational experience for all students.  CGS has regular arts and music instruction for all students taught by trained arts professionals.  We are growing in this area and are excited about the fine arts happening in our classrooms every day.
